I arrived for my 2:30pm appointment at 2:10pm very early. It was 2:50pm in the waiting room until I asked if there is some type of delay. The front desk realized they messed up and then quickly got me to go from the front desk area to the exam room. Now from 2:50pm to 3:27pm I sat in the exam room. I went back to the front desk to see what is happening. Seeing that I had a 4:00pm appointment myself for work, I said I dont think its going to work and I would like to be refunded. Then the worst part is Dr. Devang Sharma comes to find out what is going on, and instead of offering an apology for being so excessively late, as I wouldve accepted that and chalk it up to another oh well next time, he says --sir we havent even met yet and you are being disruptive--. Disruptive because I was asking the front desk for my money back after being almost an hour late, hmm. Thats when I said to them now I definitely want my money back and I will never be coming back to Chesapeake Urology because of him.
