Urology Partners is a smooth running practice.All the moving parts are well-synchronized., Dr. West is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She easily diagnosed my health concern, educated me on treatment options and provided a solution.

"About 22 years ago I met a wonderful human being who became my urologist. She saw a man very worried and one who had been through the mill with every other urologist since his teens. "Wonderful doctor! - Just seen her twice but her presence gave me comfort and assurance that she would take care of me. Her assistant as well is very nice and comforting. I will not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends."

Dr. West recently implemented discharge for my husband at MCA, where all the nurses and staff have been exceptional. She was not my husbands dr. or surgeon. She was on call. In one 30 min. encounter with Dr. West, she came across as impatient and rude, first to nursing staff (over contact info), then adversarial w me regarding my concerns for my brain damaged husband, who at the time had both a kidney drain and a Foley catheter. She bullied her way through a tense exchange, using her knowledge as a weapon instead of a tool. In tears, I complied. In 72 yrs, I have never encountered a dr whose manner was so disrespectful. She seemed to me to be unable to communicate empathy. Dr. West desperately needs Boys Town training in basic politeness.
