Dr. Dilipkumar Patel has a vast scope of knowledge. He is detail oriented, accessible, ethical and unbelievably caring. My entire family feels confident in his skilled hands...an outstanding physician.

Dr. Patel accepted me as a patient when I had low-paying insurance. He is very professional and carefully explains everything. He doesnt try to push you into procedures but gives the patient discretion to make final decisions. Operations and procedures were effective with excellent follow-up.

My Dad was a patient of Dr. Patel. After receiving a dx of prostate cancer I requested my fathers records so that we could obtain a 2nd opinion. Dr. Patel sent me the records but also indicated that he no longer wish to care for my father because I had requested a 2nd opinion. Something that every patient is entitled to get. He never advised my father that he was no longer going to be providing care and did not refer him to any one else for continuation of care. He dismissed him with no regard or empathy to his condition or him. This is highly unethical and its an abandonment of the patient without cause. This has cause me and my family a tremendous amount of mental anguish. In my 40 years of working experience in the medical field I have never been exposed or treated with such disrespect. I have made several phone to his office requesting to speak to him and wanting an explanation, but to date that has not been possible since he wont answer my calls. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened by this unprofessional behavior. The ultimate goal here is to provide good patient care and my father did not get that with this Dr.

My mother was referred to this doctor/office by her PCP. An appointment was then scheduled for January 19th 2022. When she arrived to her appointment, the doctor called her into his office and asked her if she had the COVID vaccine. She replied no, he immediately kicked her out and told the receptionist to refund her co-payment. Meanwhile in the office, there are no signs anywhere, not even at the front door, that says vaccines are required for treatment. My mother is a 69 year old wheelchair bound woman that has been needing to see a specialist for 2 months now. Had I known that the covid vaccine was required for this visit, I would have scheduled with another doctor. My sister called soon after finding out our mother was rudely kicked out of the office to complain and the receptionist apologized for the inconvenience. An hour later, my father received a phone call from the office telling him that the reason why the doctor is not seeing any patients without the COVID vaccine is because he has a 95 year old mother at home. I didn't realize that doctors make professional decisions based on their personal life. If he's afraid to see unvaccinated patients, he should at least have the courtesy to inform all patients of their policy when scheduling appointments. If I can give this doctor/office 0 stars, I would.
