Let me tell you, I was pretty embarrassed when I began suffering from urinary incontinence. The last thing I wanted to do was see a doctor. But when I saw Dr. Deconcini he made me comfortable in discussing my incontinence issue. He told me it was a common problem and gave me several treatment options. I chose to not take meds and I was so glad I had that choice. The issue is now resolved and I know I made the right decision in seeing Dr. Deconcini about my incontinence problem.

My primary care physician was alarmed so I was referred to Dr. Deconcini for a prostate cancer screening. To say that I was frightened would be an understatement. Thankfully, Dr. D and the staff were very courteous during my appointments and when my results came back negative, a huge weight fell off my shoulders. Even though this could have been much worse, I still am thankful for how I was treated during such a stressful time in my life.

Its an average doctors office but Dr DeConcini is superb. I have hypogonadism and the doctor is more knowledgeable in this area than most endocrinologists I have been too. Wonderful beside manner too. Recommended.

Dr. Deconcini would give Dr. Marcus Welby a run for his money over who has the best "bedside" manner. He is a doctor who is up to date on the latest medical literature in his field and is also an old-fashioned physician, taking his time so that you can understand your issues. With all the changes in medicine, he stands out as a physician who truly cares. It was almost worth getting a kidney stone to have a quality physician take care of me.

Over the past several years, Dr. DeConcini and his staff have been extremely professional, caring and friendly. Im always greeted with a smile, seen in a timely manner, easily tested and scanned and given complete and honest advice. I would recommend Dr. DeConcini for any consultation and/or treatment.

Best urologist I have seen in LA! Came to him for urinary tract infections and he treated me very kindly and was able to give me the results I needed. Highly recommended.

I dont want to share with everyone what exactly this doctor helped me with, but you should know that he is a wonderful physician. I would and already have recommended him to friends and family in need of a fantastic urologist.

This doctor is great...I was referred by a friend who was experiencing a similar problem, which Id rather not discuss here, but if youre in need of a great urologist I absolutley recommend.

I was dreading finding a urologist after my primary care doctor said I needed a specialist for my chronic kidney disorders. But I happened to find Comprehensive Urology and it had a lot of good ratings so I checked it out. I couldnt be happier with my decision. Everyone there is so nice and non-judgmental (UTIs and kidney infections are kind of embarrassing), and Im so glad I dont have to see my regular doctor about these issues anymore. This staff is great!

The office was lovely and the staff was super helpful. Bladder cancer can be scary, but Dr. Deconcini really made it easier for us to face together. I have recommend him and the other doctors at Comprehensive Urology to my friends and family, and would recommend them to you to!

Wide breadth of knowledge. Smart as a whip and very thorough. Is able to zero in in the most crucial factors of a patient’s case and devise an effective plan. Is very up on innovative treatments in the field. Also very personable with good rapport.

Personable and friendly. Seemed knowledgeable and addresses the problem. Gave no guarantees and did not like to deal with anything else regarding meds, etc. to quote him I got int this profession to be a surgeon.

Worst medical experience of my life. I came to this Dr in severe post operative retention and distress. He had zero compassion for me despite my condition and pawned me off to his --asst-- with no formal medical training after a quick exam. I had never met this DR before and during a digital rectal exam he made a comment about my tan line and made me feel very uncomfortable. I called Dr. Deconcini on his --emergency-- after hours pager the next day, in severe distress again and he called me 4 hours later. I ended up in the ER twice during this medical debacle and then was admitted to Cedars Hospital by a competent Urologist, where I stayed for 6 days due to an acute infection and inflammation from the catheters that Dr. Deconcinis PA provided. Its been nightmare thanks to him!

I met with Dr. Deconcini regarding a low testosterone count and for a semen analysis with regards to attempts to have a child with my wife. Dr. Deconcini consulted with me, and at first seemed quite helpful. He assured me he would be in touch and wed discuss every element of the results. I had to call several times over the course of a week to get my results since he never called me with them, then I had to argue with his nurse when she insisted she could just give me the results without discussion. Dr. Deconcini eventually called me back and told me I had nothing to worry about. My T-count was fine and my semen analysis showed I was an excellent candidate for fertility. Five months later, my wife wasnt pregnant yet. My wifes gyno had concerns about a specific result in my semen analysis, and so I went to another urologist for a second opinion. This urologist made it clear my morphology score was scarily low and that should have been caught. More, I had varicose veins around my testicles, which lowered my T-count and probably was causing the morphology problem. It took the second urologist literally less than 10 seconds to catch these veins and suggest a bigger problem. Everything about Dr. Deconcinis medical judgment is suspect as far as Im concerned. If youre interested in getting reproductive help or even guidance, this is not a medical professional to trust. Five months were wasted without getting my wife pregnant thanks to him; the problem should have been addressed months ago by now.

This man is a HORRIBLE person. First, he charged me for work he never performed... I never got ANY lab results back from him. THEN he tried to get my number and take me out on a date and when I refused him he got angry and left the room. I had already set up an appointment for 2 weeks later so I went in and he PURPOSELY neglected me. I am disgusted with his behavior. He gives all doctors a bad name.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. He does NOT care about his patients... all he sees are dollar signs. Nothing is in the best interest of the patient. After I left his office, I had a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach.

The side effects from the medication the doctor prescribed for reducing night time urination, profuse sweating, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth, were far worse than getting up every two hours. Then he says, --call us, we are kind of fouled up, for your psa results in a couple weeks--. Then the billing is all fouled up. What are we paying for?

This was a bad experience for me and my wife. Everything from wait times to staff to the Dr. Dino Deconcini himself was not what you look for in a doctor. There are other doctors out there who will be a better bet.

This is the worst doctor I have ever gone to... PLEASE STAY AWAY. All he cares about is money and not his patients, he ripped me off and I know I am not the only one. His staff wont call back when they say they will, they are just as rude as him. I am filing FRAUD report for what he did to me and contacting the American Medical Association and mailing their Ethics Group. If you also have trouble with this doctor, mail their ethics group at 515 N. State Street Chicago, IL 60610. Not only is he a bully but his staff is. They are taught to hang up on patients and even speak profanities. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL experience. It has been SUCH a horrible experience that I am mailing the BBB, The American Medical Association Ethics department AND filing a FRAUD report. I have never run into a scum doctor like him before, but I have heard of them. STAY AWAY!!!!

waited over 45 minutes was rushed through tests not being explained why they were needed. he was talking to staff about other patients the entire time he was with me. unable to focus on patient.
