Doctor Delaurentis is my husbands urologist. ( and now our daughter in law too) We all love the fact he is willing to spend so much time with you and answer all questions . We would and do highly recommend him.

He is very patient oriented. I find him extremely likeable and highly competent. I have absolute faith in his diagnoses and recommendations. I can only give 5 stars in bedside manner, spends time with me, but he deserves much higher ratings. He certainly has my highest recommendation for any potential urology patients

"Dr Delaurentis has an office in Springfield TN which is conveniently located for me. He and his staff are very thorough and answered all my questions, even the ones I didn't know to ask. They give their best every time."

When i went to dr. Delarentas. W my uncle......he walked in ..sat on a stool....looked at a report....then said --I dont think ill do anything today --to. Got up n split.......my uncle who isthe a complete southern gentleman was left n complete shock at poor bedside manner...as was i. Yankees.....no manners at all. NONE

I've had to work on an on-going issue for almost a year with Dr. Yarlagadda (Delaurentis's partner in practice) I've had numerous visits and even seen Delaurentis for the issue. They both seem like great doctors and have been helpful and explained what my options were. If it was just based on them I would give this 4.5 out 5 stars. The reason I give this a bad review is because I have had the absolute worst experience of my life with his nursing staff when it comes to attempting to schedule an appointment or getting a prescription. Over the year I lost count of how many voicemails and times I was told I would be called back and just never was. It's very annoying to have to call day after day and then you get used to the poor professionalism of their communication chain. It really makes things aggravating enough to want to find a new practice. I do think the doctors are goods and that's the only reason I stay. P.S.- I called at 8:30am this morning to schedule an appointment, spoke to a nurse who said she would get back with me shortly, it's 4:10pm and I still have heard nothing back and gotten the voicemails only since. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE FROM THE NURSES WHO ANSWER THE PHONE.

The atmosphere at his office was unpleasant and unprofessional. I was left in an exam room for over an hour and I would still be waiting there if I hadnt have come out and asked some young girl if he was going to see me and she admitted to forgetting about me. Unfortunately he and the other doctor are the only urologist in clarksville. I was thinking about seeing the other doctor, but I may be forgotten there too.

He was great at first when I seen him 2 1/2 years ago. He has done one surgery and one hospital procedure. Never had a problem. Then this time around I was treated by his nurse not him and she wanted me to sign off for surgery before even seeing him. This lady was very nasty and ugly. Not compassionate at all. Then when bringing to his attention how rude she was he didnt care. He has definitely changed a lot. Very very disappointed with the service Ive received. Ive worked in healthcare over 15 years and never have I ever been treated that way. Never will I ever refer patients to him from Our Primary care office. I will be referring to the Nashville Urologist . Expect a significany decrease in your patient load.

Very bad Dr lied on the Medicare report never use him if you care about your well being a monkey can do a better job that this Dr ,what I’m saying I can prove,if you have ED go to Nashville they are 100 times better.
