I made an appointment one month in advance, however, when I got to the office~ the whole place was packed. I waited for 30 mins before going to the staff to find out when I can be seen, only to find out that there were 5 people ahead of me. Apparently, it did not matter that i had an appointment and arrived on time. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all.

Dr Chu is probable one of the worst Dr. i have ever seen. He doesnt listen, hes very rude and seems to me that he doesnt know what hes doing in this field of midicine.
