Seems to have a low regard for patient suffering. Made almost no contingency for two days of intense suffering after a failed shock wave lithotripsy. During initial diagnosis (before lithotripsy), this MD performed cystoscopy before seeing xray which revealed kidney stone. Had I chosen ureteroscopy (I should have!), the cystoscopy would presumably have been unnecessary, since the ureteroscopy would have entailed duplicate probe. Rather uncaring, almost arrogant, bedside manner. Medical staff seem uncomfortable around him.
