Dr. Copeland is like a breath of fresh air. The wait to get to see my primary Dr was nine days. I had a 101.5 and a terrible cough. I went to Urgent Care and was treated by Dr. Copeland. He was very personable and really cared that I was feel so sick. He explained the RX he was giving and why. I would love to have him be my " real" doc, but he doesn't have a practice anymore.
