Excellent experience! Dr. michli was patient compassionate and very knowledgeable. he explained medical condition in simple straightforward manner. Recommend him without any reservations.

Dr. Michli provides excellent thoughtful care. His staff is courteous and responsive. Hoghly recommended urological care.

Waited over an hour. Not the first time. Left office. I guess my time is not worth it

10/18/19 requested a prescription refill, did not get a response. 10/24/19 CVS requested a refill , doctor said he would not authorize it. Called the office said I needed bloodwork first. Office said the orders were in my chart and to call them when it was done. 10/25/19 Went to the lab for the bloodwork, there was no order. Went to the doctors office and they did not see any order. The talked to Peg who said the doctor needed to review the bloodwork. I asked what blood work the one from my visit in the spring. This went back and forth for a few minutes until I finally received the order. Went to the lab that afternoon and notified the office that it was done. 10/28/19 Message sent to the office --I sent a reply on Friday , test was done in the afternoon. I can see the results. Is the doctor ever going to review the results. I would have hoped to hear something by now.-- 10/31/19 Message from office --Your medication refill is being sent in for the next three months. At that time, Dr. Michli would like you to repeat your bloodwork. I will put in an order for three months.-- I took two weeks to get a prescription. And evidently there is an issue which I would have expected a call from the office explaining what the problem was. I am changing doctors and would not recommend Dr. Eddie Michli to anyone.
