Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Hermann went over my recent tests and explained them to me. He gave me an injection to help my problem.

The visit was good and informative. I wish the Dr would have addressed my pain issue. I hope the protocol he suggests with the antibiotics works. So far I am still in pain.

Had a little trouble parking with the early appointment, other than that the visit was amazing. I am way better off than I give myself credit for. Dr. Herrman had to keep reminding me to stop looking for problems so much.

Dr. Herrmans office is great, very little wait the times I have visited. I had a cancer problem that was treated by Dr. Herrman in conjunction Dr. Sylvester. The results so far have been fantastic, and my PSA is remaining very low. Thank you Dr. Herrman.

Because the office staff is efficient, the Doctor see you without long waits, my kidney stones treatment outcome is not the greatest at this point but Dr. Herrman is keeping me informed and he is providing a reasonable plan to monitoring my condition. The impression I have from the Urology Partners is that the staff and the Doctor (both) are trying to help to the best of their abilities. Additionally, I can add that the office billing staff helps me always, very patiently, with my health insurance claims.

The doctor seemed sincere about my problem and want to help me. My complaint is with your phone system. It is bad can not talk to the person needed they are very quick to transfer you to a recording. I wanted to talk to my doctors nurse about my urine culture and left two messages never returned my call. Called back at end of day and was like pulling teeth to talk to her.

my relationship with the Dr goes back to 2009 and many uncomfortable side effects of the treatments for early stage prostate cancer. This doctor is quick to anger! He does NOT like to answer questions...just wants you to do as you are told. I dont recommend him even if he is brilliant in his field! Manners still count for something!

This doctor would not answer our questions, after a serious surgery. When he said, loudly, --Why are you interrogating me?-- after the third question. These were not confrontation questions, but informational. Like: how big is the mesh, etc. He upset us at a time when the patient needs comforting. After that, when we were able to look at the inscision (from sternum to bikini line), we felt horrified to see how erratic, and rough it looked. We felt violated without any chance to ask the doctor any further questions, out of fear of angering him again. When we first went to his office to find out about the surgery, we felt comfortable with him. He was able to schedule the office visit quickly and the surgery shortly after that. But now we feel upset that we made such a bad decision selecting him.

He was on call. I was in pain. He told me go to ER or emergency clinic several times while I was trying to explain the reason for call. Finally I asked ..would it hurt me to change meds. His reply was ..I cant answer that..followed by do what you want to do because that is what you will do anyway! It took me 16 weeks to get my surgery scheduled after seeing him for the initial consult. Then he didnt do, during the surgery, all he said he would do. Instead, he recommended a very invasive surgery - which, on second opinion, was not necessary. All I can say is YIKES!!

Would tell me one thing on one visit the completely change his mind by the next visit apparently forgetting what he had originally diagnosed. Did not show up to my post op visit however sent a nurse who wasnt even present during the operation. Honestly cant think of one good thing to say about this guy.
