I AM SO LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND DR. MICHAELS. I FELT COMPLETELY CONFIDENT IN HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE. WITH THE KIDNEY PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE HAD, I WAS LOATHE TO DEAL WITH ANY UROLOGIST. DR. MICHAELS CHANGED MY MIND VERY QUICKLY.

Dr. Michaels is amazing - truly makes you felt cared for. He is so kind, patient, and makes you so comfortable (like he is talking to a family member).

Dr Michaels seems knowledgeable and pleasant but the wait time is extremely long. Apparently he doesnt value his patients time. It was so bad today that I couldnt wait any longer and walked out of my follow-up appointment. His receptionist wants you be there 10 minutes early but then you have to wait 30+ minutes to see him. Too bad - he seemed like a nice enough guy the one time I met him.
