To be blunt, Dr Benaim saved my life. I am healthy and cancer free because of him.

He explained every step regarding my treatment, with very pacience. I think this is very important to any guy, to know what the doctor is doing with your body.I recommend this doctor, he was incredible

dr.benaim did robotic prostate surgery on me one day.the very next day i was back in east tx.never even took a pain pill.

I highly suggest Dr Benaim. He is very thorough, professional, and compassionate. He listened to my problem and explained all available treatments. Surgery was the best option for me. I had no pain whatsoever and was back to my daily routine the next day.In my opinion he is the best urologist in the dallas area.

Meeting patient during the long waited appointment and only then asking if the CT Scan data is in patients possssion? No advance call(s) to patient to notify that he does not have the report of the CT Scan, no check with the CT Scan ordering doctor,, ... guess how long it was for the oncology patient to wait for the appointment where no information was available. A sloppy job Doc!!!!

I have been using this doctor for years and it has always been hard to get an appointment. Recently i had an emergency and was told by the ER to contact my urologist to get an appointment at once. Called Dr Benaims office and was told could not get an appt for a week. Explained to them that it was an emergency and even the emergency room staff called his office to advise them that it was an emergency and again everyone ways ignored and told best they could do is see my Friday a week away. This doctor does not care about your health and does not care enough to even call you back himself or to check to see what the emergency is. I would recommend that you stay away from this doctor and his office. I will be moving my records to a new doctor. Bill DeLoney

Terrible service and never followed up with me, not even when I had to go back for urine analysis. I believe for a professional in the healthcare industry, Drs need to be not only responsible but treat patients as people and not as checks.I will never go back and I hope that people who is reading this comment, think it twice. He is supposed to be in the top ten urologist in DFW..

the service was poor and I have to wait almost 2 hours and then the office people were rude and on top of that I end it in the hospital with infection.
