"I visited Dr. Bendana and she was very thorough. She made sure to make time to answer questions and ensured I had all relevant data. Staff in the office have been very responsive, "

My primary care doctor had missed a large stone and her staff got me in early after two months of pain I was relieved to get the tests I had needed and the necessary treatment. Thank you for working me in and your nurse, PA and you taking sufficient time to get me well.

I was very comfortable with Dr Bendana. I had a large kidney stone. Things did not go easily but I felt as though she had my best interest in mind and took the time to talk to me

I waited 3 months to get an appointment. The first appointment I took all my medical records and all the medicine I was on. explained all my symptoms everything that happened prior to this appointment. She recommended I get a CT scan and come back in four more weeks. I went back in for more weeks and she told me I had nothing but a UTI. I later went with a different urologist that told me I had hydrenosis. Which meant my kidney wasn't draining urine properly. They did surgery and iced out no symptoms for the last 6-8 months.

She didn't even want to see me after I had waited a month for my appointment. Finally spoke to her after a 2 hour wait and getting upset. She still tried to have me see a nurse practitioner because I only have Medicaid insurance. I wanted her help as a professional and she didn't even research my file before telling me to go back to the doctor that had damaged my bladder. All that Dr. did for me was stress me out and make my pain worse. She didn't even want to try to help me and kept telling me that she sends people back to a Dr. after a procedure even if she hasn't spoken to you to see why you have pain. Doctor made me feel like I am not able to get the same good health care because I only have Medicaid insurance and I wasn't good enough for her to look at me.

Took me 3 months to get an appt. She suggested I get a CT scan. Had to wait 4 weeks for a follow up. She diagnosed a UTI. Later went to a different urologist diagnosed hydrenosis. I got surgery and haven't had symptoms for 6-8 months. Later asked for the results from the CT scan and it had detected hydrenosis which she said was just a UTI.

"Absolutely THE WORST medical provider I have ever had the misfortune to find. She is more interested in scheduling procedures than caring for the patients. She does her surgery on Fridays then is incommunicado for the weekend if you need to reach her. She proscribed NO PAIN MEDS, NO ANTIBIOTICS, NO WAY TO REACH HER. I went for lithotripsy of two kidney stones. I was NOT INFORMED that she was using ..."
