Unbelievable how unfriendly and just plain B&$@!y the office lady Alejandra was over the phone. She speaks down to you and speaks over you and has a totally judgmental tone. I spoke to the office manager to complain and there wasn’t even a hint of an apology. I am not giving my business to this place.
