Dr Darby and staff are the best, their awesome. His beside manner is excellent and his staff are excellent. I would recommend them highly

I have been a patient of Dr. Darbys for over 6 years. I had previously gone to several general practitioners asking for help with intermittent reoccurring numbness that began some years ago after bicycling extended miles. I got a wide variety of responses claiming possible psychological, vascular, or neurological disorder, and received no further guidance of help. Dr. Darby was immediately able to help me solve this problem. Hes a great MD and hes has efficiently helped me with a variety of issues over the years, and I wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend him.

It was very easy to get an appointment with Dr. Darby. I have nothing but good things to say about him, he is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain every detail of what to expect in surgery. He is also very easy to talk to! I dont hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. E. Darby and I have nothing but good things to say about him. All my experiences have been very good. I give him Top Grades all the way. I think he is a great guy as well as a Great Doctor.

I almost cancelled my appointment after reading these reviews on Dr. Darby as I was a new patient and want a good doctor. Well, I went to my appt. and am so glad I did not cancel!! Dr. Darby, Shelly and all the staff at his office were wonderful.! I felt very comfortable talking with Shelly and Dr. Darby, they were both very informative, did not rush and took their time to answer any questions I had. I am relieved to have had such a good experience with a first time visit and will continue to use this practice in the future.

Dr Eric Darby is an excellent Doctor. He took care of all my needs. he is now seeing my husband and my father-in-law who is 85 with many problems

Dr. Darby is an excellent Urologist with a good bedside manner. he takes his time with me. I started seeing him 4 years ago when my other urologist retired. I have a history on kidney stones, enlarged prostate and elevated PSA. Last year he performed a green light laser ablation of the prostate with good results. I have every confidence in him and recommend him highly.

I actually like Dr. Darby and his sarcasim. Pretty sharpe guy but like most Dr.s these days does not really like to spend to much time with patients.Too busy with following a schedule that is over booked. Staff not bad either. He seems to care but who really knows these days. Thats why we rate them as we see it. Overall I belive he is very knowledgeable and in the end that is what counts the most.

Good doctor - that is why he is in demand. Nurse Practitioner Shelly is Great as well. Staff can do better.

Doctors Darbys ratings are suffering due to his staff. i have been treated by him and would like to return. The staff is Terrible. Note that - Nurse Practitioner Shelly is Great. But i have been given a very hard time by the rude, ill-informed staff.

I like Dr Derby very much but his nursing staff leaves much to be desired. They do not respond to multiple messages left for them I have been waiting 2 days in horrible pain for them to get back to me. Then they wont call you to let you know they called in a prescriptoon they leave you hanging constantly.

My father ( 80 years old) had seen Dr. Darby for 20 years when almost 2 years ago the trouble began. He had numerous stones that needed removal. After 14 visits to Mary Immaculate in 8 months they were removed. His bun was 100 and his creatinine 9.0. Dr.Darby still did not believe that he should be on dialysis. Luckily we changed doctors and went to Riverside. My father is on dialysis and now leads a life in which he DOES NOT want to die.

i saw dr darby at a very ill time - he was in a hurry - he had no bed side manners and told me just because i had stones on both sides that the side i had the pain on was not filled with stones that there was nothing he could do for me. his staff was rude from the time i intered the office. i will never forget that time that i needed understanding and was breshed off as a complainer. needless to say i will never go back and would not recommend him to anyone

I have never met a worse Front Office Staff in all my 65 yrs. Very Rude. Very unprofessional. They will consistantly make appt. for you....but never have a conversation first. You'll just get an email saying you have an appt. I had two appt. , both times they did not include the Medtronics tech. which was the purpose of my appt. I waited two hrs. for tech. Never even got an apology. After surgery...I had a follow-up appt. which did Not include the Dr. Darby or the Medtronic tech. Are you kidding me??? I work full time and I am not able to just take off for appt. Appt hours do NOT accommodate working folks. During discharge from my surgery....NO instructions were given concerning my surgery at all.....Poor care at best. DO NOT recommend this Dr. at all.

I changed Doctors in the middle of cancer treatment because his staff was horrible then they refused to send my records to new Doctor. I had to inform my insurance company.
