Urgently needed to see urologist after ER visit. Dr Nicely's staff was very helpful when other doctor's offices weren't.

Had vassectomy performed... No post op scheduled... 4 wks went by smoothly... Suddenly came down with Gut wrenching pain... Went to ER diagnosed with epididimitis ... Called "on call" nurse for 2 days could not get ahold of her... After 3 days tried to schedule appointment with dr nicely... 2 weeks was the quickest he could see me...the receptionist was very rude and told me no one else here is taking new patients...thankfully my family dr. Saw me the next day... I'm scheduled for hernia surgery tomorrow...glad I didn't wait...
