Absoutley the best urologist Dr. I was referred to him by my rehab.med dr .after I had a bad experience with a urology dr. From up north, Dr . Wren quickly new I had a serious neurological bladder problem , order tests right away wasted no time . Would recommend him to anyone who needs a Urologist who knows his stuff !!

Dr. Wren has cured my kidney stone problem of the last 20 years. He has knowledge of the latest techniques and is a a top-notch diagnostition and surgeon. He has also diagnosed a condition my wife has suffered with for over 20 years that dozens of doctors could not. She is well on the way to recovery now and nearly pain free.

Fantastic Doctor,Pinpointed what my problem was, when other doctors couldnt help me.Only problem was I have primary and secondary Insurance and there billing office manager has not a clue with submitting both. She has made too many mistakes,my secondary contacted her and got the same rude unprofessional attitude that I got.Shame on her as I am now afraid to go there because of all her mistakes which is scary.I wonder why the doctors allow this to go on in this day and age.

The good: every doctor in this practice is excellent and trustworthy, especially Dr. Wren and Dr. Bernal. The bad: sadly, I will never go there again because of their steadfast policy of demanding that you keep a credit card on file with them in case of --co-pay and insurance problems.-- Im not about to do this because my card has been compromised 4 times this year. When I declined to do this, I was told that i could not see the doctor. Not sure about the legality of this. Other WARNING: they ask you to sign something that gives permission for credit/collection agencies to call you if payments are late. I may be paranoid, but these policies scared me away from an otherwise excellent practice.

Do not go to this Dr . Wren . All they care about is money. Please take your time and research this Doctor on Health Grades, you will find horror stories worse than mine . They have no staff , meaning if you have a problem you can not get in contact, if you need anything done that they can charge you for, once they find out that you are no longer profitable they do drop you like a hot potato via mail . I got out without much harm , thank god for that , but others haven’t been so lucky . Please always get a second opinion once you get suggestions for treatment . And read the other reviews . Even other Urology Practices will advise you to stay away from Wren or once you leave Dr . Wren and call other Urology Practices and you tell them you have been wronged by the Wren they Tell you straight up , yes we heard heard other horror stories . The office staff is one person at the moment who will hang up on you if you refuse to come in during Covid and opt for telemedicine, they charge you for a tele medicine appointment with a non doc assistant but make it look like you are booked with a doctor, but if you no longer exploitable you will never see a Doctor again but charged for it. Also I do agree with the previous reviewer about their dubious billing practices. Just stay away and find a better option .

I wish I had read the reviews before I chose Jersey Urology. My first visit was actually with a real live Dr (Dr. Wren). He spoke so fast and confident that I had nothing to worry about; but he also was "training" a young lady on how to use the "computer/tablet". I presented him with my blood work from Dec 2019 and he looked at, then said ok, got it, and gave it back to me. He prescribed a medication in which I took for 1 month; performed another blood test; and received a call from their office informing me that my "levels" were elevated. I had another appointment 3 weeks later they told me to keep; so I agreed. A week later, I was able to access my blood work and in reality my "levels" went DOWN, not UP. I actually felt good about this. When I went to the office for my 2nd visit, they performed an ultrasound (the lady was very nice & professional). But she asked if I had a full bladder, which I said nobody told me that; she looked at the chart and saw it was Dr. Wren and made a comment about how "fast" he is with patients and I said, yes he was!!! She then completed the procedure and took me into an exam room... where Cassie, the physician assistant, showed up (NOT the Dr). She proceeded to say my "levels" went up and I needed a surgical procedure. I stopped her there and informed her my "levels" went DOWN not UP; but she didn't believe me I guess. She did NOT have my Dec 2019 blood work? Why not? What happened to it? At this point, I asked to see the Dr and got back from her in a very condescending tone, "You are SEEING me today". I then said, we don't even know the results of the ultrasound, and she said, "oh yeah, I looked at them already..."; I replied, "you were not going to tell me?". She said she was going to... yeah right! So she said I would need to reschedule to see the Dr or have him call me. I asked to be called, at that point she got up and walked out leaving me in the room by myself... so i got up and left. 3 business days later, I CALLED their office because I never received a call from the Dr. I explained the whole story to their "service" and the office did call me back very quickly. But it was NOT the Dr. Another assistant called me, and I had to tell her the entire story again. 1 day later I received a call back from the Dr office... but NOT from the Dr. I was told by a 3rd lady that the Dr never calls a patient! So I again explained the whole story (which she was calling a complaint at this point). I told her I only asked to see the Dr and then later to have the Dr call me. All I wanted was to discuss my options with a DR! No options were ever discussed and I never talked to a DR again after the 1st visit, nearly 2mnths ago. Do NOT ever think this "group" will treat anyone with any kind of respect. You are just another $$$ to them. No compassion what so ever!

Dr. Wren consistently has cancelled my scheduled procedure! Scheduled six times and ALL have been cancelled (2 because of the virus)...this is inexcusable especially because NO reason is ever given...very, very difficult to get return phone calls for rescheduling. Right now...waiting 1-1/2 for office manager to return my phone call. THEY DON'T CARE!
