Has the BEST bedside manor and goes above and beyond for his patients. He is very thorough and goes over EVERYTHING with you so you dont leave his office wondering --what could this be--.

I underwent ureteroscopy to get my kidney stone removed. Dr.Walters is very experienced. He explained me the procedure very clearly by showing the videos and answered all my questions with patience. It didnt take much time for me to recover after the procedure. This was the first time I ever had a surgery but I didnt panic as the the staff was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am happy with Dr.Walter and would definitely suggest him.

They get me in on time, Dr. Walters has great bedside manners. We talk about other things not related to medical issues

He did surgery on my kidney and I think it was fine, but afterwards I got no care in the hospital and nothing in writing. I didnt know what to expect and even had to return to the emergency room for help. I was in the hospital for 5 days after he did major surgery. He only visited me when I called his office for help. I felt abandoned. No other Drs. came either. He ignored my concerns.

I was not at all happy with Dr Walters at South County Urological and would prefer to go to a different urologist for a biopsy. First I requested that they email me patient forms so I could fill them out before and save time in the office. They never did. After the third call requesting the forms they finally said, --Why dont you just fill them out online--. When I tried, the Patient Forms link wasnt working. No email was shown on the website. When they called the day before with a reminder call, the person on the phone mumbled so badly I had to call back to confirm the time. Then when Bill and I arrived for our appointment they said, --We may not be able to see him today since his insurance requires a referral form before we can see him.-- It took 2 1/2 hours for them to get through to the proper office at Mercy. I should have checked the reviews on Google before I made an appointment. They have barely over 2 stars out of 5.

This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! After we waited two hours the doctor was the rudest most disrespectful person i have encountered. Not only did he belittle and degrade my grandpa and make him feel terrible he looks right at his nurse and says -- I feel like i have been r a p e d-- because my grandpa was not able to stand on his own due to many medical issues including parkinsons disease. Then he proceeds to yell at my mother because of his conditions. We will never use this doctor again and will be filling formal complaints

If Dr. Walters Gives an approach it cannot be questioned. He is impossible to get ahold of and all decisions are final. More practice oriented than patient oriented. Decisions seem to be made based on insurance reimbursement and not best approach.

Misread ct scan led to an unnecessary procedure. Up until then, I thought that he was a competent physician. However, it is strange that in several years of treatment and multiple procedures. That he was no quite able to get read of my kidney stones. That to me is questionable.

Appointment was at 2 got called in about 2:30 was told to give a urine sample and go to room, they didnt bother explaining where to leave sample Nurse came in 20 mins later took my vitals and BP was 190/130 which is way high for me so the nurse says this pressure machine is really old and could be wrong!!She went and got a different one which gave a different reading.Dr Walters had no interest in answering any questions i tried to explain why l thought my psa was high he was not interested in hearing it at all , seemed to be in a hurry, staff was NOT friendly or happy at all and seemed to be complaining about things in front of patients, was given the wrong paperwork to fill out when i got there This was my 1st visit to an urologist and it was horrible
