During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was an amazing success!Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!

Dr. Fialk was definitely put my best interest first. He saved me from an emergency surgery and referred me to another doctor. He was caring, calming and very professional.

Dr. Fialks ability to diagnose and treat acute urinary retention were exceptional. His staff were professional. Dr. Fialk was knowledgeable, direct and reassuring.

Dr. Fialk is an outstanding doctor from all standards. He recently operated on me and went out of his way to keep me informed of all tests results prior to operation.... even called me on Saturday morning when he recently got updated blood tests results. He was patient and detailed in answering all my questions. His professional demeanor showed personal concern for my well being. Additionally, his in office staff was also outstanding in setting up tests in a timely manner as well as contacting me with insurance approvals and providing information regarding pre operation expectations. I would highly, highly, recommend Dr. Fialk to anyone in need of a top Urologist.

Three times he tried to give me a prescription to which I am allergic. Not good diagnosing and treating female UTIs.

This doctor is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give a negative 10 I would!!! Dr. Fiak is a complete jerk! My husband had a concern about a existing condition that seemed to be getting worse. So he called the office on a Saturday because he was worried. The receptionist said that she would let the doctor know and call us back. We were so happy she was helping us. Couple minutes later Dr. Fiak called and was clearly upset. My husband told him what the issue was and his response was --does is warrant a call on a Saturday?!-- This couldnt wait till Monday?!-- Are you serious?!? We found blood somewhere and its not a big enough deal to you?! I heard his voice and he was clearly annoyed that the receptionist called him on a Saturday. Didnt ask if he was in pain or discomfort. Pretty much scolded my husband for disturbing him. Obviously the receptionist thought it was a big enough deal to call you! WE didnt call you! Dr. Fiak doesnt give a crap about his patients. WORST doctor. We are finding a new doctor that actually cares about their patients. AVIOD HIM!!!
