DR. LEFKOWITZ IS A COMPETENT, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR. VERY INFORMATIVE AND LOVELY PERSONALITY. FRONT STAFF VERY NICE, HELPFUL AND CARING.

Dr is nice knows what he is talking about. Not condescending.(that gets on my nerves.)seems like a good dr I will be using him again if need be.

Would be nice if the staff scheduling appointments wouldnt hang up on you if you couldnt find what type of insurance you have. If its PPO or something. Its just frustrating if you are worried sick and the staff arent so nice, I work in a doctors office too and it wasnt like that.Although we have a lot of patients, old and new patients are allowed to talk less than a minute to their doctors. I hope theyd allow that with exceptions of course. The ratings are for the staff,I know the doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful.

dr is excellent his front desk staff leaves something to be desired as i was told script had not arrived though it arrived two days prior than was placed on hold for over an hour hung up on twice, though the dr is worth the hassle i would really think that he should speak with staff about how to treat patients

Each time I call I pray to get a different staff member because of incompetence. They are all in space and not experienced enough to handle important medical matters. Decent doctors, horrible staff.

The doctor is wonderful and caring. The front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Ive had instances where I had to call 3-4 times to get a prescription renewal . When Im at the office, they usually seem preoccupied .
