What do you do with my medical information?

We do not ask for or store any medical information from you. Please refrain from providing them.

Who will my booking details be shared with?

Your booking details will be shared only with the designated providers with whom you wish to consult for treatment.

What should I refrain from while filling out the booking form?

Please refrain from using unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, or hateful to any person or entity in your booking form (as determined by FindMyUro in its sole discretion).

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed when you receive the booking confirmation email from the Doctor's office.

Can there be any changes to my booking once confirmed?

We and our providers always strive to attend to your needs at your preferred time and the designated hospital/clinic location. But sometimes, there are things beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you in advance of any changes to your booking. We have no control over, and cannot guarantee the availability of, any Healthcare Provider at any particular time. We will not be liable for canceled or otherwise unfulfilled appointments, any injury or loss resulting therefrom, or for any other injury or loss resulting or arising from, or related to, the use of the Services whatsoever.

How do I know the price for my consultation and/or treatment?

Price information shall be discussed between your provider and yourself. FindMyUro does not partake in this activity. FindMyUro is not responsible for any charges incurred for any products or services provided by Healthcare Provider, including any Designated Provider Service. In the event you dispute any fees chargeable or charged by the Healthcare Provider, you will resolve such dispute directly with the applicable Healthcare Provider yourself.
