Dr Kaplan is probably one of the best physicians that I’ve had the pleasure to know. Extremely professional, caring, and a superb bedside manor. I tried another urologist before going to Dr Kaplan, and what a difference!! Very cold and uncaring. I would highly recommend Dr Kaplan!!

Facing a painful 6 weeks of really awful cystoscopy stent pain from a prior procedure, his skill and ability to look further and biopsy the tissue was for me miraculous. Don’t yet know they the pathology. Dr Kaplan is what we as patients expect our physicians to be. He’s incredibly well educated along with using his acumen wisely, skillfully and extremely professionally.

Dr. Kaplan performed a robotic assisted prostate surgery with excellent results. He clearly explains the science and procedure in language one can follow, did the surgery expertly. His office staff is great too. And...Dr. Kaplan is a caring human as well as excellent surgeon.

Not only is Dr. Kaplan board certified and highly qualified, he is a nice guy too and spends time with you and answers all my dumb questions. I feel grateful to have him here in Santa Rosa!

Dr. Kaplan is a good physician however his bedside manner leaves a little bit to be desired, he's abrupt and talked over me. Also, his office never answers their phones and it sometimes take 3-4 tries before they return a call. Not good.
