The doctor gave me the right medicine to cure my problem. He was very nice and focused on what I was telling him.

I was greeted with a friendly smile when I checked in at the front desk. I was ushered into the examination room very close to my appointment time with another friendly smile and clear to understand instructions. After my consultation, I waited for the doctor who being busy was there in a reasonable amount of time.

I was able to get in to visit one of the Urologists on short notice, my Dr. was in surgery and I was seen by another. He was very professional treated me in the manner in which I would expect. Thanks for the good care.

The nurses are efficient and caring and Dr.Miller really takes a quiet and direct interest in hearing about any problems you may have. Does not give the impression of being hurried, and I find him to be one of my favorite doctors.... especially since I have never had a urologist before! I feel confident in his care. Thank you.

Dr. Miller is a wonderful doctor, when I go in for an examination I never feel rushed, he is very patient and makes sure that all of my questions or needs are addressed. The only complaint I have is that the waiting can at times be long.

1) Wait time was acceptable. 2) The new check in requirement - showing medical cards because some other patient was forgetful seems a little ridiculous. 3) Using the iPad to check in makes sense although it does take longer than just signing my name.

I was not kept waiting for too long and the nurse who gave me my shot was terrific. I didnt hurt at all, she explained about relaxing my arm to make the absorption easier and less painful and why the last time it hurt and caused pain and tenderness in the muscle plus a lot of pain in my thumb joint for 3 days which had never happened before.

Dr. Miller has been my urologist for some time now. He has advised me and performed several surgeries regarding bladder problems for me. I have found that he is very good at what he does. He talks about my concerns and LISTENS. I have had nothing but quality care from Urology Partners. What I like also is that for most surgeries needed they are performed in the same complex as the office. This to me rates high on my list of concerns.

I had to have a diagnostic test by the nurse. I truly feel comfortable with her, doing the test. She has the personality that is just calming and the test is done before I knew it. Doctor is very informative as to what to expect, and what has to be done and why.

The one person that stands out the most is Joyce in Billing.
When I am in the office she always has time for me to step into her office and say hello. Joyce has helped me in every situation whenever I needed assistance, and belive me I was in need more than once.

It took over 90 minutes to be seen. I asked what the wait was and he responded with --Some people are more important than you--. I complained of pain from kidney stones and that Tylenol wasnt helping. His response was to take more and --deal with it--. He was discourteous and dismissive, I was very disappointed. The office was clean and the staff was nice, I just had a terrible experience with Dr. Alan Miller.

I went to this Dr to find some help with marital relations. I had a bad diagnosis form the Dr who sent me there, my t. Was normal. When explaining my loss of drive and timing Allan decided I was depressed and this was all. I took his words to heart and investigated this diagnosis . After a week of work on my self things seemed better except romance area. I called and requested something for this condition and all hell broke loose. The nurse and I guess Allan --for he never talked to me personally -- all after contact was with the nurse. They took it as a personal insult to second guess what he had said at the office visit . As a result of questioning him and his staff I received a letter telling me I was no longer welcome at his office . To top it all off I walked in feeling physically sound and for a week after I experienced cramping and other pelvic pain. Some times to the point of being doubled over. I called the on call Dr who sounded concerned at the time but I was not called back.
