I had so much trouble with the Cashier. She is rude. She is no cooperative. Really stubborn. Makes the doctor look really bad.

Very disappointed in the service. I was hospitalized due to the blockage of my kidney on 10/10-11/19, so Dr. Feigl put a stent in to let my kidney drain and hopefully have the kidney stone pass. I go in on 11/4/19 to get the stent removed and they were supposed to set up a follow up appt to see if kidney stone passed. They never called me, I started developing back pain in the same area I had my kidney stone so I called on 12/16/19 to see when they were going to see me again. They wanted to give me an appointment for February but I told them I really needed to see him since Im getting pain again and they never called me to set up a follow up appointment. So they set my appointment for 1/7/20 (today) Guess what, they called me yesterday saying they need to reschedule because the doctor had an emergency. I told them that was fine, but I really need to see him because I still have a lot of pain and Im pretty sure the kidney stone never went away. They wanted to give me an appointment in late February!!! Seriously!!! Ive been waiting for my follow up appointment since 11/5/19 its already 2 months later and they want me to wait another month!!!! If I end up in the hospital (again) I will be extremely pissed off!!

My father almost died because this doctor decided he was too busy, read results but said everything was fine yet my dad had a mass in his kidney and this doctor overlooked that, kept rescheduling appointments, we ended up taking matters into our own hands, took dad to ER when he started swelling up and sure enough he had kidney cancer! Ended up going to one of the best hospitals in San Antonio with some of the best doctors! Luckily dad is still here with us after a full kidney removal! As for this doctor Im surprised he still has his license!

If this Dr has 28 yrs experience, how can he forget to write a diagnosis on an ultrasound order (knowing it's illegal). He made us wait for over an hour at the imaging center for forgetting to write the diagnosis. Terrible

"The VA made an appointment with Dr Feigl 2 months ago. On April 14 I received a call saying that Dr Feigl would not be in the office on April 29 and wanted to change my appointment to October. My prescription runs out at the end of April and now I need to find a doctor that has a concern for patients. I call that as very uncaring and would not recommend him."
