Dr. Sarram and his staff were very professional, courteous, helpful & compassionate. I had a great experience with Dr. Sarram and his staff and would recommend him to anyone. A true professional in every sense of the word.

Dr. Sarram is medically knowledgeable and up to date. He is very compassionate and made sure that I had the answers I needed, even for questions I didnt ask. I have been his patient for 2 years, including major surgery, as was my father-in-law, and we have been completely satisfied. I am a physician, and I would recommend him to my patients unconditionally.

"Dr. Sarram provided the ultimate solution to my BPH situation. After my original urologist had taken a conservative least invasive approach to treatment which I felt was very appropriate, she determined there was a growth on my prostate that had to be surgically removed and referred me to her colleague, Dr. Sarram.
Applying his expertise in robotic laparoscopic surgery he easily removed the growth. ..."

Dr. Sarram is a great doctor! Met him in the hospital due to nephrosotomy tubes and bags. He saw me at his office and is helping with stents in kidneys. He is so kind and took time to talk to me. I would recommend!

Staff was unaware they had scheduled two procedures on me, not one, for my appointment. (Both were uncomfortable and one required unpleasant but necessary pre-visit prep on my part.)
When I expressed my concern that medical staff was unaware that a second procedure had been scheduled, the Dr. said there was nothing he could do about errors that may have been made by his scheduling staff.
In my opinion a better response would have been to apologize for the oversight and commit to improving patient experience at this practice.
I had no complaints with the Doctor’s abilities and he thoroughly explained the procedures and his diagnosis to me.

Doctor acted very rushed. As a specialist who is well paid, he sure said --I dont know-- alot. When we explained symptoms, or other things, he looked at us with a blank stare and didnt respond most of the time. We will not ever go back to him.
