"I had the MLT for urinary frequency/urgency issues. Dr .Croak was exceptional in his approach in handling my concerns and questions. After these treatments, I feel “normal”again and I am incredibly happy that I made the choice to have the MLT treatments done."

I just wanted to say thanks and how grateful I am for Dr. Croaks expertise and caring. Since my surgery in April, I have felt wonderful! My urgency is almost gone and I am able to keep voiding at more normal timing 3-6 hours. Such improvement every every 2 hours. So grateful for Dr. Croak and his team. BH - Delta, Ohio

Dr. Croak is the only urogynecologist with 10 years plus experience in the region. He and his team deals with a lot of difficult cases, botch jobs, and granulation. His team is worth the wait! He fixed my mesh kit disaster and I was patient with his team after SEVERAL granulation treatments! I saw 5 other doctors who basically told me to take a hike! People need to get over expecting Rolls Royce service in 15 minutes for complicated problems, all the extra time the EMR creates for him to do his job, and to not take it personally if his staff --gets down to business!-- and doesnt kiss their behinds. He saved my marriage and helped me when no one else would do so.

"I’ve completed treat with the Mona Lisa Touch for both internal and external lichen sclerosis issues. Three months after completion, the lichen sclerosis symptoms have disappeared completely, and the internal treatment has been been very successful. I highly endorse Dr. Croak and the MinaLisa Touch.!"

The situation I was writing about has since been remedied ten fold and there have been measures put in place to ensure that information between patients and staff is passed on correctly and efficiently. This website will not let me delete my negative review so I am amending it in hopes to uphold Dr. Croaks stellar reputation.

Dr Croak always answered my questions thoroughly, and was gentle and reassuring as was his staff. Procedures were explained prior to each exam, and his staff were supportive. After my surgery, my incontinence was corrected , and no further incidences were experienced. Additionally, the neuro transmitter also relieved much of my low back pain. I am very satisfied with the results. The Axonics program is a great tool for older women. Thanks so much for your care and concern.

Dr. Croak specializes in urogynecology with extensive surgical experience in standard and robotic surgery. He has his own specially equipped office building with all the testing equipment on site. He is an expert in the repair of pelvic prolapse having done hundreds of procedures.I could not have been happier with him or the surgery he performed on me. His staff is very friendly and professional. My regular gynecologist, Ann Ruch actually recommended that I see Dr. Croak because of his surgical expertise. Im 5 years free of cancer last year. From the beginning in 2005 I had a white cyst in my genital area that hurt. Dr croak did a biopsy and found melanoma on my genital region and cliteral hood. I had surgery and he has continued to check me every 6 months, theyve found atypical cells but no cancer. If it wasnt for him and I paying close attention we would not have caught this.

I was very pleased with Dr. Croak from the beginning. My daughter also had a great experience with him. I was very happy with the surgery as well. I had no pain and feel much better. Everybody has been just super. I would recommend Dr. Croak and his staff.

Had a bad experience today with NP very painful exam, waited 1 hour in exam room. Never apologized for pain, never helped me even sit up after. Everyone else good. Third time for silver nitrate due to granulation. Sept 18 had surgery in June Just upset with treatment from MP
