This Doctor explains things really, really well, taking all the time he needs with the help of excellent displays and actual tissue samples in jars to make things clear. Experience and knowledge seems excellent. I am better without a jillion tests and fooling around. In fact, many tests are performed right in his office. I am very pleased to offer this recommendation.

Dr. Vasselli is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable and experienced. I went to see Dr. Vasselli last year. He successfully performed a difficult surgery on me which greatly improved my health condition. I find it’s an educational experience visiting Dr. Vasselli as he always makes sure I understand what my conditions were, what he’s going to do and why. I feel comfortable with Dr. Vasselli and trust his diagnosis. Dr. Vasselli’s staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Vasselli is flat-out terrific. I have never seen a doctor who spends so much time discussing, educating and making his patients feel at ease. He is thorough in his exams and is a wealth of information. I switched to him from another clown who had NONE of Dr. Vassellis qualities and quite literally scared the hell out of me. Ive been going to Dr. Vaselli for 2 years now and am so glad that I found him.

Dr. Vasselli is a top notch urologist. He is the best Dr. I have gone too. He is through, knowledgeable, and cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a Urologist.

Dr. Vasseli is very approachable and generous with his time. He has a talent for explaining simply and he listens carefully to his patients concerns. Hes been in practice long enough to have alot of experience from which to draw. Hes the kind of Dr. you trust.

Maybe he spends time with you in the office but its very difficult to get an appointment even after you are a patient. My mother had an infection for which the doctor gave her an antibiotic.She had a bad reaction to the drug and she called the office. His secretary said emergencies only. he doesnt return phone calls.Well she had an infection and couldnt tolerate the antibiotic he perscribed. What do you call that? His secretary is a real stinker..Either she didnt tell him to phone in another drug or he just didnt do anything about it. My mother had to call her internist who listened to the whole story and phoned in the right drug which cured the infection. I cant recommend him because if it wasnt for the second doctor she would have ended up at the hospital emergency room.Theres a downside to using a doctor in solo practice.

Misdiagnosed my husbands prostate cancer. Did not do enough biopsies. Went to MD at Cornell Weill and had excellent outcome.

This Dr Vasselli did way too many tests and the did a surgical procedure in the OR to open my urethra bc he said it was much to small and that that was what was causing my pain, pressure and urgency...thats not what was going on and i still had the same symptoms after. He then ordered a over active bladder med and i took one and got double vision the b=next morning and called his office (mind you that i had been seeing him for the better part of a yr) and he never called me back so i called and his office person yelled at me that he didnt want to see me anymore and i asked why and she yelled bc you had a reaction to the med!!!! I said...so it happens and i would like to talk to him about tying a different one and she hung up on me and i never heard form him again. It turns out that it was from an acute and severe inflammatory reaction to a sudden mold issue in my house (just 2wks format eh time the pipe burst) and that i actually have IC which is interstical cystitis and those are the exacts symptoms of it!! And now i pee all over myself bc of his (surgery). Thanks Dr Vaseline for nothing!
