dr kaynan is an excellent doctor ,very caring .i feel very lucky that i chose doctor kaynan to do my surgery,beside his beautiful personalty.

DR.KAYNAN WAS THE DR. ON CALL AT THE HOSPITAL AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. IT WAS EASY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT HIS OFFICE AND HE ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME NECESSARY TO HELP THE PATIENT. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UP TO DATE IN HIS FIELD.

Dr. Kaynan was very thorough and professional. He helped me understand the cancer that I had and how to treat it. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I am a four time bladder cancer patient. My diagnosing physician died from cancer and my original oncologist now has cancer so I needed to find a new urologist for my annual screenings. I found Dr. Kaynan though my other oncologist for an unrelated issue. He is amazing. Gentle, courteous, and always takes the time to listen to any of my concerns. I do not look forward to my annual screenings as they are very invasive. But Dr. Kaynan is very gentle, and makes a bad situation much less painful and frightening. He is the best. And he also scared my kidney stones into finally exiting. Phewww.

excellent physician, excellent bedside manner, very happy he was physician on call when my family member ended up in emergency, otherwise they would have waited until we were able to see Dr Kaynan!

One of the nicest and most caring doctors that I have ever had. He took his time with my exam. When I told him that I might not go ahead with my kidney surgery because of financial reasons, he told me not to worry about the money because my life was more important to him. How often does a doctor treat you without concern about getting paid? Dr. Kaynan is the best, along with Dr. Robert Smith. My family and I are very grateful for these two doctors.

Yes he runs late. If you need test results- he doesn’t speculate- he waits for the results before he will talk to you about your issues. If there is nothing to tell you he can be curt. When there is something to tell you he will spend as much time as needed to explain. Understandably there are times when you have to wait but it is well worth it. After being seen by 2 other urologists he is the only one I trusted to perform surgery on me (twice). Again-obviously the best doctors are busy.

This doc has great credentials but his personality is way too big for his britches. He is a petty and insensitive individual and I would not go back to him. He clearly wants to be fully in charge and is uncaring about patient concerns and needs.

Speechless. I waited over an hour passed my appointment time. Not only were patients with later appt. times than me being seen first, he was double booking..giving different patients the same time. I was charged $383 for a 4 minute visit. His horrible and careless customer service made me late for a prior appointment and cost me $160.30. I am sending him a bill for my time. If he really cared about his patients, he would not double book and show up an hour late. He didnt understand..or really care..that my time is valuable, too.

My experience with --Dr-- Kayan was awful. He discovered a kidney stone that was causing zero problems. Now Ive been in pain since his stone blast. Can anyone recommend a GOOD urologist? This Jack--s doesnt even call back to see how Im feeling. Hes all about the $$$$$

Totally misdiagnosed me. Was rude and totally lacking in compassion. Would not recommend at all.

Dr. Kaynan is always in a hurry, has left the exam room door open when I am exposed. I do not have insurance and he knows this and I have been hit by CRAZY bills that I cant even come close to paying.

Dr Kanyan is always in a hurry, leaves the exam room door open when he leaves and Im exposed, and his billing dept is rude and unreasonable.

Dr Kaynan answered my after hours emergency call the night after my surgery. I was crying and teeth chattering in pain and he told me “sorry you can only take Tylenol and get a voo doo doll of Dr Saypol (my surgeon). I called back again pleading for help bc of the pain I was in and he said the same thing again. I paged my OBGYN in middle of the night and HE saved my life by making sure I got to the ER due to complications. Will never ever recommend that anyone see Dr Kaynan - that arrogance and the way he spoke in my time of need is not the kind of doctor I would trust my life with.
