My problem is trying to get my Andro Gel refilled. I spoke with Tina, Dr. Jessie nurse on with Friday or Monday after my pharmacy inform me that the Doctor would have to give pre authorization to get my prescription refilled. The form from my pharmacy was faxed to Harbin Urology to get the pre authorization taken care of. I have called my insurance company every day to see if they had received the form, which they have not received. I called the Harbin’s medical professional line today and was informed that the soonest they could send the pre authorization form to the insurance company would be Friday since she was the only one who new how to do it and had to answer the phone. I have never complained with anything Harbin has done for me and all of my Doctor are Harbin Doctors which I have been a extremely happy with their service. However, this seems like it is taking a long time as I have been out of my medicine for over a week now and it could possibly be next week before I receive the medicine, providing the insurance company approves. I am sorry to complain, but felt Dr. Jessie should know. Johnie S King 07-21-1947

I began to experience severe stomach pain one night and was taken to the small hospital in Cedartown. The doctor there of course ran tests including a CT scan. They found nothing abnormal except that on the CT it looked like there was some type of object in my uterus....but didnt bother to try to find out what it was or to remove it. I was referred back to my family practitioner, Todd Robinson at the Harbin clinic in Cedartown. I saw him 2 days later & asked him if it could be possible that I had a tampon lodged in my uterus. He told me ABSOLUTELY NOT. ...or he would have smelled it the minute he walked in the door. So, I returned home once again with NO answers. When the pain didnt go away within a couple of days, I asked for a GYN referral. I saw a doctor ( I dont remember his name).......middle aged, bald guy with Harbin Womens Clinic. He too blew it off telling me that many women my age (46) who had as many children as I have had (4), end up needing their bladder tacked. So, he referred me to Dr Jessie. Dr Jessie was @ he FIRST doctor to actually listen to me. He promised me that he would find out what was wrong with me before I left his exam room. He examined mine & saw NO bladder issues....but did see something unusual. He searched the office for a speculum. ...even though that isnt in his scope of practice. Within minutes, he was pulling out a tampon that had been lodged in there possibly for many months.....m.it was so soaked with fluids, he couldnt catch all of it in his hands and the smell was HORRIBLE. His nurse had to tie it up in a hazardous waste bag and remove it from the building. I cant say enough about how grateful I am to Dr Jessie for listening to me and for actually DOING something to help me. Fortunately, I had been taking strong antibiotics for another condition. Otherwise, I could have developed a serious infection that could have been fatal. I have recommended him to several friends since then. And, if I EVER need to see a Urologist again, I want Dr Jessie.

Had my vasectomy performed by Dr. Jesse. His bedside (chairside?) manner was fantastic and helped ease my anxiety about the procedure. I felt compelled to write this review due to an unflattering, and surely unwarranted, review from another patient (they rated Dr. Jesse with a single star on nearly all items...highly unlikely for any medical professional). I would highly recommend Dr. Jesse to any man contemplating a vasectomy.

Dr. Jessie is a great doctor that cares about his patients. He is extremely easy to talk to and is straightforward. We feel confident in his care and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Incorrect number on website. The number is for village theaters. Extremely difficult to contact a person in the office hospital personnel verbalized that they have problems contacting anyone.

He sent me to a specialist within Harbin Clinic that didnt even perform what I was sent there to do! A complete waste of time for both appointments. Its becoming more difficult to find a competent doctor these days.

Dr. Jessie is an arrogant, uncaring, spiteful man who should never have received a license to practice in the field of urology or any other field of medicine.
