Dr. Fulmer is a excellent physician. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in his pratice. I got the genuine feel that he is a man of integrity. He is very informative, he listens attentively, answered all of my questions, he addressed all of my concerns and he was kind and considerate. He is a excellent surgeon, very crafted, he knows what he is doing and he does it correctly.
