I was assaulted by this provider. A needle was forced into my vagina without my consent.

I was sexually assaulted by this provider. Sexually assault is defined as penetration of the vagina by any object without consent. Screaming no don't do it would denote lack of consent, the crying and screaming should have been a clue too.
