Dr. Vallorosi has been my doctor for years and have never been more pleased, I have never had any problems with him or his staff.

I have tried numerous times (and so have my Drs) to reach this office NO ONE picks up the phone. There is no live person to speak to. I never heard of a Drs office where you could not speak to someone and others Drs have told me the same - and the patients nor the other Drs get responses?? Every time I have a severe infection and need to see him I get an appt 3-4 weeks after the fact - never when I am ill. I never heard of turning away a sick patient? I actually went to the office to see WHY no one was answering my call and even the Nurse they sent out was rude. I asked to see any Dr I was in such agony and was told I COULD ONLY SEE the one Dr I had originally choose? Every office I have gone into if my Dr is not available I can see other that is. Dr had office hrs that day and next and I pleaded her to try to fit me in or call me if a cancellation and she said point blank --he is booked and we do NOT do cancellations--! Very dissatisfied with Dr and his staff.
