Dr. Rinder is thorough, patient and caring. He explains everything, takes plenty of time and answers all my questions. He has a friendly attitude and is easy to talk to.

I saw him for a kidney stone when I was in the hospital and saw him after I went home for follow up. The stone passed on its own, though he wanted to surgically remove it. I refused. When the stone was analyzed he told me I did not need to know what type it was. A year later I was scheduled for an ultrasound by his office- the hospital called me, no one ever told me that I needed it, though I did have it done. No one ever told me the results until I had my PCP look them up, the findings were significant as more stones were found.Dr. Rinder never called to let me know. I will never go back there even though his office is in walking distance, instead I will drive an hour away to see another urologist.

O do not recommend this doctor. He is rude and lacks compassion and overall respect for patients care. He does not value your privacy and tries to intimidate you when you question his practices. This office does lack modern amenities and seems quite antiquated. I would definitely research and find a differentr Dr.who has better overall values and personality. You will be glad that you did.

I would not recommend this office to family or friends. The office does not use state of the art equipment, nor do they respect patient care needs during office visits. The doctor is not up to date with the latest procedures for care for the diagnosis he made. Terrible experience with his billing woman - she tried to charge me twice for a visit/procedure after I had made a payment directly to her 2 days prior - bad office management!!

Lack of empathy, privacy, rude, no compassion. Not understanding at all. Please find another Dr. If you would like some respect, proper care and privacy.
