Dr. Gubin and his staff are top notch. They consistently do everything possible to make sure procedures and treatment cause as little trauma to my bladder as possible. In addition, he is mindful of my family medical history and is proactive in regards to my genetic issues. He always finds a way!!

I have always been able to reach either Dr. Gubin or his staff in a timely, professional manner. They make me feel like they truly care about me and my health issues. I have been seeing Dr Gubin for many years along with my husband and could not ever think of going anywhere else for my Urological needs. The office staff is very accommodating and patient with me when I call the office with questions or concerns and always make me feel at ease when I am finished talking to them. Great office and Great Doctor!

Very professional physician with great bedside manner. He explained everything to me before anything was done and addressed my concerns. He was very thorough. I would recommend Dr. Gubin to anyone without hesitation.

What do you want when you are in pain or discomfort? If you are like me you want a physician who will address your concerns and have resolution. I had not seen anyone other than my pcp for health issues at least until now. I am now in need of a Urologist and so I ask around and do my research and land in the office of Dr. David Gubin. When I called for my appointment I was told I could come in that same day because of my current discomfort level if I wanted to and we all now that is near impossible with a specialist office. I went right over to his office and was greeted by many smiling faces and when I got back to visit with Dr. Gubin I was so grateful that he took the time I needed to explain what was happening and the steps I needed to feel better. I had to have a surgery but it was a breeze because he explained everything from beginning to end and was at my beckon call whenever I needed him even when the office was closed. Thank you so much Dr. Gubin, I dont know where I would be without you taking such good care of me!

I was having pain in my lower back for awhile and went to see Dr. Gubin. He diagnosed me with kidney stones. Never having them before, I wasnt sure what to expect. He and his staff were very accommodating, and reassured me that he would take great care of me. He told me exactly what was happening, what to expect, and my down time. He performed a procedure that needed little recovery time with virtually no pain. They also followed up with phone calls, both Dr. Gubin and his staff. I hope that I never have kidney stones again, but should I, it will Dr. Gubin who will take care of me again!!

great experience with the office and doctor. Had an emergency situation. The office worked me in for imaging and I was found to have a kidney stone. Doctor called me at 9pm that evening and his staff got me set up and fixed the next day to help me get out of severe pain. That is good service.

another urologist scared me to death in 2007. he told me i needed extreme help. i went to dr. gubin as a consult. he explained everything to me. he is a good doctor!

From beginning to end the staff was very professional. The wait time to get to see the doctor was minimal, which was surprising to me. I was glad that the office offered to mail me the new patient paperwork to fill out and bring in for my appointment. Once I was brought to the back, the nurses asked me my health conditions and entered in all on their computer system so everything was there by the time the doctor came in. Once Dr. Gubin and his nurse walk in, he asked his questions, and discussed in details the medical issues I was having. He gave me all scenarios that treatment options. He was very thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Gubin for any urologic issues. He addressed all my concerns and has a great bedside manner. After I got home, I had to call back and ask a questions that I forgot to ask while I was in there, and his nurse called me back before the end of the day, which I was very appreciative for. Kudos to Dr. Gubin and his team working for him.

I have a long history of urological issues. Dr. Gubin has been so helpful in explaining to me how my urinary tract and function changes as Ive aged, so that I know certain things are normal and not alarming. He will not do any procedures he thinks unnecessary, encourages me to call him anytime I have a concern, and spends all the time I need, unlike some doctors who rush you in and out. So lucky to have landed in his care. And as a plus - his staff is ALL very friendly and comforting. Highly recommend.

I have gone to several different physicians with my concerns and until I was placed with Dr. David Gubin with The Urology Group I felt like no one heard me or even cared about how I was feeling. By listening and running appropriate tests I was diagnosed and have received the proper care I needed. Thanks to Dr. Gubin and his staff for listening and caring for me. I will be spreading the word!

Went in with my teen boy to discuss fenulum breve surgery and his only option was to circumcise my uncircumcised child. He has a horrible bed side manner. It was a total waste of money and time. I wouldnt recommend him,

He does not listen. Is always in a hurry. Does not want to answer questions you might have and instead has the nurse or a secretary answer the questions. His staff takes forever to return phone calls.

Not good with patients. Tends to not listen to what you have to say and will interrupt you. Always had other staff in the room when I was trying to talk to him. Did not get a good feeling about this doctor and did not seem professional. Will not be going back

I failed to ask what type of cystocele repair I was going to undergo. Turned out to be transvaginal mesh. When I complained about the effects of the surgery insofar as sex Was concerned, he tossed me a sample of Osphena and left the room. Terrible --bedside manner--. Would not recommend him as a doctor or a surgeon. His anesthesiologist was great.

Daughter had kidney stones. The Dr. told me he inserted a stent in her and would have to return a week later. She was in a lot of pain, and we called back. Her nurse told her that the pain was normal, because they didnt put a stent in. We have papers saying he did. We called the surgery center, and they said he did. NOW we cant seem to get a call back, and the patient is still in pain. NOT VERY CARING SERVICE!

After 2 procedures for kidney stones with no results he asked me --what do you think I should do--. I still had 3 stones stuck inside and was out of work for over a week. He spoke to me like a lab rat. Very disrespectful.

Dr. Gubin was very disrespectful, not caring, horrible bedside manner, in a hurry. It was a waist of time and money. Worst doctor visit I have ever been to. He dictated my visit with him on his iPhone it was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this doctor.
