Dr. Cesar is the most caring, thorough, educated, outstanding, meticulous, Doctor in Merced California. He treats every patient as if he were a family member. He takes time to listen to you and you can feel that he cares. We are indeed fortunate to have him practicing medicine in Merced California. ??

Dr. Cesar is the only urologist that takes the time to throughly go over every option with you before going to the next level, I like the fact that he did all of his test first before trying new ideas. I felt that I was in good hands with this Doctor at all time. I recommend Dr. Cesar to anybody who needs a urologist

Office is musty smelling. Did not introduce himself. Negative attitude, did not wash hands or wear gloves. Very unprofessional. Has a bad reputation amongst the medical community in Merced. Dr. Samburg is better.

I went Dr Cesar 6 months ago because I was in the emergency room because I had kidney stones. Ive had kidney stones 5 or 6 times in the past I know what they feel like. He tried to tell me that I didnt have kidney stones and I must have something else. 6 months pass and I have another kidney stone attack they find a size 4 kidney stone in the emergency room. I come to my appointment a few days later with him and he has no idea whats going on he never looked at my chart he still thinks that I dont have a kidney stone. He looks at the chart and says that the pain that Im receiving is not from the kidney stone this guy is an absolute joke. My doctor prescribed me Norco because that stuff works he tries to prescribe me Tylenol. The pain from kidney stone has been comparable to the pain of birth. Ive had these suckers five or six times I know exactly what works for them and Tylenol does not do diddly for the pain for me maybe some people but not me. Having a kidney stone attack is like being in a real scene from hellraiser. The first time I had one I wanted the doctors to just remove my balls. Of course they told me that when help but thats how bad the pain fells .Arrogant and unwilling to listen to his patients. This guy probably watch house all day and pretends that hes the guy from House. He also told me in that 6-month period that I should hold my pee in and ignore when I have to go to the bathroom. A person who has had chronic kidney stone issues in the past and he suggests that I hold my pee in and ignore when I have to go to the bathroom to --train my bladder-- in his words. Somebody needs to recheck this mans credentials. S

Office smells musty, waited an hour. Dr. Cesar did not introduce himself, did not wash his hands or use gloves. Had a negative attitude and told me to get a second opinion because “we are not going to get along.” Very unprofessional.
