Dr. West is a great doctor! He took the necessary time to inform me and answer all of my questions! Would recommend him to everyone!

Dr West and his staff are all wonderful to work with. There is never a long wait, his office is always clean and comfortable. He takes time to talk to you and answer all of your questions. He is a great Doctor. I highly recommend him. Thank You !!!!!!!!!!

You have got to be kidding yourself to give this doctor a good review. I find that Dr. West does not want to be bothered with questions and spends very little time with patients. I almost --f-- died with complications of a kidney stone and sepsis and I had lots of questions about diet and the infection and got snubbed. Well you know, I may not be an MD, but I do have advanced education and I would appreciate receiving the same respect from a doctor that I give him; you dont get it there; you are treated like a hillbilly from the Ozarks. When you walk into the door of that clinic, you are walking into a war zone - the front desk staff are the ruddiest that I have ever seen anywhere in my life; they are inconsistent with their policies on visits and never smile. Doctor Wests nurse Laurie actually rolled her eyes when I wanted to ask her a question after taking a medication for weeks about the infection and if it was improving. She looked like that hateful Michele Obama rolling her eyes at me and I wanted to punch her lights out, but I tried to ignore what she had just done in my presence and ask her the questions anyway; quess what, she did not answer my questions. I want to change doctors, but have been reluctant to do so before my infection clears, because I feel like I am stuck. Dr. West was the doctor on call when I went to Capital Region emergency and that is how I got stuck with him. It will speak volumes when I decide to go to Columbia for my urology care. Not only will Dr. West lose out, but also Capital Region. I had great care at Capital Region by the other physicians. They might want to consider getting rid of Dr. West at Capital Region, because his after care actually sucks. I am considering giving Dr. Severance a try and if he sucks then I will go to Columbia for care. Who am I kidding to think I could have actually gotten professional and compassionate care at this Urology Clinic here in Jefferson City. Never again!!!!

Had one of these, he said it would be negative before it was started, so why did I have to go through the unbelievable painful procedure? $$$$He beat me out of the office,no pain meds, never again.
