DR Desouza operated on my for prostate cancer. He was very direct and to the point when he explained my possible treatments. He was also very compassionate and it's obvious he cares deeply for his patience.

Desouza seems ok but his office help, especially those in Council Bluffs are rude, unfriendly, and extremely unprofessional. Patient scheduling is a joke. Appointment times are a guess and are always one half hour or more behind.
