Dr Foss had another patients chart in his hand when he entered my exam. When I pointed that out, he did go and get my chart. That act did not install confidence. I've since changed urologists.

Hes very rude with his patients and considering he probably has to deal with the elderly more often than others in his profession he doesnt know how to act professional. His nurses are very friendly but he is by far one of the most egotistical doctors weve ever had to deal with. He makes you wait and wait and wait all just to come in for literally a few minutes to talk to you. He made it pretty clear that he wasnt a fan of my father on our first visit and every visit we had after that before we decided to switch doctors he helped us remember it.

Waited hours. Brief, rough exam. Office staff is terrible, obviously under pressure from many ANGRY PATIENTS! Bad diagnosis. Scheduled for a $700 procedure and was put off for HOURS! Bad time management. Thank fully I walked out of the office and recovered from a mere UTI with the help of a primary care Dr. Stay away from this Quack!

Arrived for appointment 10 minutes early after two reminder calls on previous days to be on time only to wait for over two hours in the lobby. The doctor came in and was extremely rude. He refused to listen to my concerns and belittled the medical advice from my primary care provider. His exam was very rough and he refused to explain why he was doing what he was doing. He was very rude to his staff which seems to affect how they in turn help the patients. I refuse to go back to him even when I can not find another available urologist and need medical help!!!

I wish I’d read some of the reviews before dealing with this office. Please read them so you don’t make the same mistake I did. It started off when I asked to leave a message for the doctor to return my call when I didn’t like how his nurse was talking to me about refilling a prescription that was due to expire soon. Her words were, “the doctor will not be calling you” and she hung up on me. I called back and asked someone else to speak with the doctor. He refused to even listen to my concern and promptly hung up the phone when I said I had a concern about one of his employees. I’m not quite sure how they are still in business. If you like being treated like **** this is the place to go. Otherwise I would find a different office. Thankfully there are lots of alternatives. I’ll never be back.

Everyone talks about Dr. Foss from a few years ago. Unfortunately, its apparent that his age is a huge factor. He was shaking during surgery, left the door open exposing my husband and wasnt concerned when my husband could feel the procedure! He continued with the procedure even though my husband was nearly coming off the table. It was horrible. We were told the vasectomy would take at most 30 minutes. It took nearly an hour more than it should have. My husband was in incredible pain for weeks. Nothing like we expected.

Appointment at 8, called morning to change to 9:30. Im early. When I get into a room, I sit for an hour before anyone comes in. The doc comes and and is rude/absolutely NO bedside manor. Advice is if the kidney stones dont pass in 6 weeks, well do surgery. With all the ultrasound and laser technology out there, there has to be other options before --surgery if you dont pass the stones.-- Not impressed and would not recommend. We were referred only because he was the on call doctor at the hospital and that is their protocol.
